Shipping Policy

Shipment:

US and Canada Shipping Only at this time.

Allow 2-4 business days to process orders.

​All items are shipped via UPS or USPS and come with a tracking number. If your package has stopped moving, unfortunately, Andrea Jorgensen Art has just as much information as you do. Please contact the Shipper through their website to see where it is. Packages automatically include insurance. In this case, you can file a claim through the Shipper. For any items stolen after delivery, please file a police report with your local police station. Please note that saying you did not get a package that you have received is mail fraud and is punishable by law.

Andrea Jorgensen Art is not responsible for delays in delivery due to Shipper errors and delays, or weather delays. Andrea Jorgensen cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Andrea Jorgensen Art is not responsible for packages that are undelivered because the address given by the Customer is wrong.

For International shipping, Customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Andrea Jorgensen Art is not responsible for delays due to customs.
